Bikalot is a business in the sports industry with a cycling focus that produces, imports and distributes products through our network of retail stores and online.

Limitation of Liability

We have taken great care to ensure that the information presented on this website is correct. There may unknowingly be errors or inaccuracies and this B2B is used at your own risk.

Bikalot can not be held responsible for any loss, liability or damages whether these may be direct, indirect or consequential as a result of the use of the Bikalot website or it’s products.

 

Warranty’s and returns

Bikalot carries a extensive warranty on our products against any defect in workmanship or materials. Warranties can only be affected once the product has been returned to Bikalot and a warranty inspection has taken place.

If you are dissatisfied with an item purchased on Bikalot, you can return it provided the following:

• You have a valid tax invoice from Bikalot
• Your purchase was within the last 60 days.
• For returns, the product should be in it’s original undamaged packaging and condition.
• Apparel can not be returned for hygiene reasons.
• Returned items must be sent back to Bikalot at the purchasers cost.
• If you receive an item which is damaged or not what you ordered, please contact us immediately on info@bikalot.com and we will assist further. We will arrange for collection of the item at our cost.
• If a product was not used for it’s intended purpose, the warranty will be void.
• Returns may be subject to a handling fee of 10%.
  

 

Shipping

We offer free shipping on orders over R3000 ex vat to main centers. Shipping will be charged on orders under the free shipping tier and outer lying areas may be subject to a surcharge on shipping.

 

We use a 3rd party courier service and can not be held responsible for non-delivery or late delivery due to their not being someone available to receive the package at the delivery address.

 

Customer Privacy Policy

Bikalot shall take all reasonable steps to protect the personal information of users. For the purpose of this clause, “personal information” shall be defined as detailed in the Promotion of Access to Information Act 2 of 2000 (PAIA). Stock availability

Every effort is made to ensure that items displayed on the website are in stock. Should Bikalot not be able to fulfill an order due to being out of stock, a return will be issued to the customer.

Stock availability during specials and promotions is strictly on a ‘while stocks last’ basis.

Responsibility

Bikalot takes responsibility for all aspects relating to the transaction including sale of goods and services sold on this B2B, customer service and support, dispute resolution and delivery of goods.

This website is governed by the laws of South Africa and Bikalot chooses as its domicilium citandi et executandi for all purposes under this agreement, whether in respect of court process, notice, or other documents or communication of whatsoever nature: Unit 3, 22 Bell Close, Westlake Business Park, 7945

 

Variation

Bikalot  may, in its sole discretion, change this agreement or any part thereof at any time without notice.
